Possibility of filing a civil suit / to constitutes oneself as civil party
If you have not yet filed a civil suit/constituted yourself as civil party, you still have the opportunity to do so during the trial.
This status gives you rights such as:
- access to the file,
- a free copy of the file,
- the possibility of having an interpreter during the trial,
- possibility of access to the web radio.
In addition, this status allows you to seek redress for the damage suffered through judicial channels.
How can you file a civil suit during the trial?
You can do this yourself or through a lawyer at the clerk’s office of the court of assizes.
During the trial, the clerk’s office will be present at the Justitia.
